Introduction To Internet

Hello... My name is Peter and this beautiful morning, i wonder maybe some of you guys still don't understand about Internet. So, I'm going to explain what is internet. Internet basically popular and often used by people in this world. But, unfortunately they did not use all the facility that we used in browser. According to Computer Hope ( 2017 ) as cited in What Is Internet? "The Internet was initially developed to aid in the progress of computing technology by linking all the best academic computer centers." Internet also known as global system of interconnected computer networks that use the Internet Protocol suite ( TCP/IP ) to link devices worldwide. This Internet network consists of private, business, academic, public, and government networks of local to global scope. It can be linked by using wireless and optical networking technologies. The network range for internet is so huge and can cover thousands miles away. The internet provides a lot of sevices and carries information resources such as inter-linked hypertext documents and applications of the World Wide Web ( WWW ), electronic mail, telephony, and file sharing.

The Usage Of Internet

We often used the Internet to connect with someone that is far away from us. We are lucky enough to be born in this modern era because we just send messages through the internet services such as Gmail or application such as Whatsapp and Snapchat, and it can get to the receiver within few minutes or seconds. Compared to old era where there is no internet at all, they used letters and birds to connect with others. We also can use Internet for Education purpose. As a student, we need to learn a lot of things to score in exams. So, through internet, we can search a lot of updated and good information for our studies. But sometimes we need to be careful because not all the information in Internet are correct. Lastly, we can have fun! 😜
